cramped bathroom

the room was as tiny as a shoebox, and the bathroom was embarrassingly cramped—almost made me fear for my safety in there. i expected a welcome gift, or at least a smile, but no, just more discomfort. what a letdown! once thought of a good review, but i just couldn't.

generous hospitality

awkward bathroom layout

The owner was incredibly hospitable and made our stay a delight with personal touches.

The bathroom layout was impractical, making using the shower awkward and messy.

The location couldn't be better, just steps from the Mestre train station. Breakfast offered a nice variety, especially the fresh pastries. Rooms felt a bit cramped, but the strong Wi-Fi in common areas was a bonus!

excellent base for exploring landmarks and parks in mestre

my stay was enjoyable thanks to the incredibly convenient location just across the street from the train station, making it easy to hop on a train to explore venice, and the lovely parco piraghetto is only a short walk away, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

The location near the train station made exploring Venice a breeze. We enjoyed great breakfasts, and the kids loved the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and there were fun opportunities like boat trips to uncover the secrets of the lagoon.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some cleaning.

The location is ideal, just across from the Venice Mestre train station and a 24-hour bus stop. The room was basic but met our needs, and the staff were friendly and willing to help. However, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the bathroom design was impractical, with a cramped layout that made using the shower difficult. Breakfast included homemade bread, which was a nice touch.

The location near the train station made travel easy and convenient. The staff provided friendly service and were always eager to assist with our needs. The city view from the room added a nice touch to our stay, making it enjoyable.
